- **WhatsApp as Primary Channel**: Most schools prefer WhatsApp for communication, finding it effective to engage parents.
- **Need for Reminders**: Continuous reminders are necessary to keep the event on parents' radar. Suggestions include individual messages and reminder campaigns, especially one day before the event.
2. **Program Awareness and Engagement**:
- **Paid Parent Webinar**: Some parents were aware of the 99/- paid webinar, but the school principals were initially uninformed, causing confusion. Ensuring schools are informed will help guide parents better.
- **Creative Posting**: Requested creatives to be posted in diaries or Google Classroom to inform parents.
- **Gradual Increase in Numbers**: Schools expect gradual increases in parent participation, especially after reopening in July.
3. **Session Content and Language**:
- **Mindset Shift and Early Intervention**: Emphasize the importance of early intervention, mindset shifts, and active parent collaboration in sessions.
